I offer intuitive guidance, meditation, and reflective coaching designed to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and integration.

Through calm, grounded presence, conversation, and gentle inquiry, I create space for insight to emerge — not through force or prescription, but through awareness, safety, and pacing.

My work is transparent, consent-based, and collaborative. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is imposed.

My Approach

This work supports the body and subconscious in the way they naturally integrate best: through safety, presence, and time.

Sessions and videos may include:

  • guided meditation and grounding

  • intuitive reflection and perspective

  • coaching suggestions and integration prompts

People receive the work at different depths — sometimes consciously, sometimes in a relaxed, receptive state, and sometimes more quietly beneath active awareness. There is no right way to experience the work.

I don’t aim to fix or override anything. I support your system in reconnecting with its own capacity for insight and regulation.

Coaching & Self-Directed Integration

Alongside intuitive guidance, I offer practical coaching suggestions and optional “homework” action steps you can work with to support continued integration outside of sessions.

These may include:

  • reflection questions

  • journaling or body-awareness prompts

  • simple nervous-system practices

  • mindset or behavioral experiments

  • gentle structure to support insight in daily life

The intention is to help you carry the work forward on your own, strengthening your connection to your inner guidance rather than creating dependence on sessions.

You are always free to adapt, pause, or decline any suggestion.

Intuitive Insight & Permission

At times, I may sense or intuit themes related to emotional patterns, relational dynamics, or collective energy. When this happens, I always ask permission before sharing.

Any intuitive impressions are offered as possibilities, not conclusions — a way to open perspective, language, or reflection.

You are encouraged to explore what resonates and leave anything that doesn’t.

Meditation & Affirmations

Guided meditations may include grounding, breath, imagery, and clear, audible affirmations.

Affirmations are intentionally transparent. You may hear them consciously, or you may absorb them more subtly as your system relaxes. Both experiences are valid and supportive.

This approach allows the conscious and subconscious to work together without bypassing awareness.

Use of Cards

Occasionally, I use tarot or oracle cards as visual and symbolic prompts, not for prediction or traditional readings.

The imagery and words help spark reflection, storytelling, and insight into the energy of the moment. Each card can offer a different perspective depending on what’s present.

You do not need to believe in the cards for the insight to be meaningful.
